BOOKING A WORKSHOP
**** Due to Covid 19 our Workshops have been risked assessed and all safety procedures have been implemented and will continue to monitor and respond to government guidelines over the following months – if we have to cancel any workshops due to covid we will reschedule and to support both our self employed visiting tutors & The Oaklea Trust – we hope you would be able to transfer – if you prefer not to transfer we will issue a refund on cancelled workshops ****
You will need a PayPal account to purchase tickets, this is the quickest way to secure a place, you may message us via online contact form to see if places are still available to book, we can check and if so will invoice, but emails may not be picked up immediately.
We also do gift vouchers – please contact us directly to arrange.
Once you book a workshop you will receive an acknowledgement email from firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days, with details, attendee form & directions sent to the email used in the PayPal transaction so please check all folders before contacting us or use the contact form on the “contact us” page to advise of an alternate email. By booking a workshop you are supporting The Oaklea Trust’s work in local communities so a huge THANKYOU!
Apologies but the tickets aren’t always in chronological order – please feel free to contact me directly to check availability.
If you cancel your booking two weeks or more before the scheduled workshop date then a credit for the workshop fee will be issued minus £30 admin fee.
Should you cancel two weeks or less before the scheduled workshop date then unless we can fill your place no credit can be issued. If we do manage to fill your place then the course fee minus the £30 admin fee will be credited.
In the event of the workshop being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances a full refund will be issued.
